We only ship to the lower 48 states, additional charges will apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico And APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
For faster service, all orders must be shipped to the billing address (where the card holder receives the credit card bills). If for some reason you are unable to ship to the billing address, kindly call your credit card company and have them list the alternate "Ship To" address. Upon receipt of your order, we will verify this information and will proceed to ship your package. This policy is for the safety and security of you, the card holder, and our valued customer. There is a sales tax charge added to all orders in the state of CA (only in CA). This charge will be added to your order when it is being processed.

MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTIVE ITEMS :
For defective items (which is very rare), we will replace your item with a another one within 10 days from delivery If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, There will be a 20% processing/restocking fee applied to your return, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA Number.
Defective merchandise DUE from shipping will result in a claim with UPS.We will ship out replacement immediately.

SHIPPING
All products are shipped via UPS, (except large televisions and large orders which may be shipped by freight or you may call us for other arrangement). Shipment origin is based on UPS Los Angeles Distribution Center, please specify ground (commercial or residential), next day, 2nd day air or 3 day select shipment to meet your delivery requirement. We provided a UPS-link on our homepage if you want to track your shipment with the tracking number given to you once your shipment is processed.

RETURN POLICY
If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, There will be a 20% processing/restocking fee applied to your return within 15 days of purchase date.

All returned merchandise must be in original box with all manufacturer's included accessories. Ship the product back in the same type of box that it was originally shipped in with all original packing. Nothing can be returned without all original packing. Please do not put any excess tape all over the box.
Merchandise that was shipped double boxed must be returned in a similar fashion.
All warranty cards must be left blank.
Any missing accessories will result in reduced credit.
All returns must be received by Global Hitech. within 14 days from the RA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.
We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only. Global Hitech. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
